How to shop with Mount Burrumboot

1) To purchase from the Mount Burrumboot Estate website, simply click on the "Add To Cart" buttons next to the products you wish to purchase. You will be taken to our Shopping Cart screen and the item will be added to your shopping cart list.

2) You can click on the link at the top of the Shopping Cart page to return to the page where you were and add more items to your cart. At any stage you can return to your shopping cart by either selecting another item to purchase or clicking on the shopping cart icon:

beneath the menu on the left hand side of the page. (Please note that this link will not be available while the shopping cart is empty.)

3) Within the shopping cart you can modify the quantities you want to purchase of each. To remove an item from the cart, simply change the quantity to 0 and push the RECALCULATE button.

4) Please note that you will have needed to choose the area where you are located via the drop-down menu beneath the total of the shopping cart page before you will be able to finalise your purchase. At this stage the relevant freight rate will also be calculated for you.

5) At any point in the shopping process you can purchase the items currently in your shopping cart by clicking the GO TO PAYMENTS button on the shopping cart page. You will then be taken to a page where you can enter your billing and shipping details.

6) Once you have entered your billing and shipping details, click the CONTINUE button to be taken to a confirmation screen. At this stage GST will be added for transactions within Australia.

7) Clicking the CONTINUE button will then take you to the secure PayPal site where you can choose to pay by credit card or direct credit from your own PayPal account. Enter your details and click continue.

8) Once your payment has been processed you will be returned to the Mount Burrumboot Estate site.

9) You will be emailed an order confirmation.

10) Once your payment clears our team will get right on to sending your wine out to you!

Currencies and taxes

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include 10% GST (only applicable for purchases within Australia). To convert prices into your local currency at the current exchange rate, please use the Universal Currency Conversion tool provided below. Quoted prices include Australian GST - if you are not purchasing from Australia, please multiply quoted prices by 0.909 before using the Currency Converter.
eg. AU$30.00 x 0.909 = AU$27.27, type 27.27 into the Currency Converter, set the currency you want to convert into and click "Go!".

Postage and Freight charges

Postage within Australia is via Australia Post Parcel Post.

Internationally we use Australia Post International Post.

Return Policy

All products are checked before dispatch, however should your purchase prove to be defective on arrival, please contact us within 7 days at info@burrumboot.com and we will promptly arrange an exchange. Please include your invoice number in all correspondence.

Any returned item found to be tampered with after it's arrival resulting in damage and not in its received condition cannot be replaced.
